The Grandfather
Late Adv. Anantrao Ganpat Jadhav
The family’s legal legacy began with Late Adv. Anantrao Ganpat Jadhav, who initially served as a handwriting expert at the CID, Pune, Maharashtra. Leveraging his deep investigative experience, he pursued his LLB and established his independent legal practice in 1962. For over five decades, he built a foundation of trust and precision, delivering steadfast counsel until his retirement in 2016.

The Father
Adv. Chandrashekhar Anant Jadhav
Adv. Chandrashekhar Anant Jadhav expanded the family’s legal footprint, graduating from Pune University in 1980 and Diploma in Labour Laws in 1981. After eight years of independent practice and serving as a lecturer, he joined the Judiciary in 1988 as a Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate (First Class). Promoted as District and Sessions Judge in 1997, he served the bench with distinction until retiring as a District Judge in 2012. Today, he brings immense judicial perspective to Jadhav & Co., consulting and practicing at the Bombay High Court, serving as an Arbitrator for institutes including the National Stock Exchange (Mumbai), and acting as a panel legal counsel for the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.

Adv. Soumitra Chandrashekhar Jadhav
Adv. Soumitra Chandrashekhar Jadhav is the brainchild behind the formal establishment of Jadhav & Co., transforming the family’s decades of legal heritage into a modern, branded practice. Graduating with a BSL LLB in 2017 and LLM in 2023 from Pune University, he also holds a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Symbiosis Law School (2014). Today, he is a practicing advocate in Pune and at the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, and serves as a panel legal counsel for the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. He drives the firm forward, ensuring that three generations of judgment sit behind every modern engagement.
